Linear axes & linear axis systems

HIWIN HS3 three-axis systems are bendable units for positioning in the X, Y and Z directions. They consist of a HIWIN double axis HD in the X-direction, a HIWIN belt axis HT-B in the Y-direction and a cantilever axis HC in the Z-direction. HIWIN three-axis systems HS3 are particularly suitable for three-dimensional movements.

HIWIN two-axis systems HS2 are bendable units for positioning in the X and Y directions. A HIWIN double axis HD forms the basis in the X-axis. In the Y direction, either a HIWIN belt axes HM-B (module) or HT-B (table) ensures dynamic positioning. HIWIN two-axis systems are suitable for two-dimensional handling tasks and can be easily expanded to a three-axis system by adding a Z-axis.

HIWIN HSL linear gantries are flexible units for positioning along the X- and Z-axis. They consist of a HIWIN HT-B belt drive axis in the X-direction and a HC cantilever axis in the Z-direction. HIWIN HSL linear gantries are particularly well suited for two-dimensional movements.

HIWIN double axes HD are positioning modules with two belt axes from the HM-B series, which are connected to each other via a synchronised shaft. The stroke and the distance between the two axes can be freely selected in millimetre increments. HIWIN double axes are particularly suitable for applications where a wide mounting surface, an additional slide for support in the Y direction or as a basis for multi-axis systems is required.

HIWIN linear axes with toothed belt drive enable high travel speeds and long travel distances. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre increments and a wide range of options (e.g. steel cover strip, limit switch, distance measuring system and additional slides in various sizes), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with ballscrew drive are particularly suitable for applications with with increased demands on accuracy. Thanks to a freely adjustable stroke in millimetre increments as well as a variaty of options, the linear axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with rack and pinion drive enable high positioning accuracy with very smooth running, high efficiency and maximum power density. The integrated lubrication pinion ensures that the rack and pinion drive is supplied with grease. With a freely selectable stroke in millimetre increments and a wide range of options (such as limit switches and position measuring systems), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with linear motor drive are particularly suitable for applications with the highest demands on dynamics, precision and synchronisation, while at the same time requiring minimal maintenance. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre increments and a wide range of options (e.g. steel cover strip, limit switch, distance measuring system and additional slides in various sizes), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

If the reach of a cobot is not sufficient for an application, the HT aluminium linear tables and the smart lightweight robots complement each other perfectly, both visually and technologically, to form a 7th axis system. Thanks to a freely adjustable stroke in millimetre increments as well as a variety of options (e.g. various drive types, steel cover strip, limit switch, energy chain), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements. The robot axes are available for various robot makes and are supplied directly with a suitable adapter for the robot.
