With the new heavy load roller guide UR, we are launching a powerful upgrade to our proven roller guide. The new roller guide impresses above all with a static load capacity that is up to 34% higher and a dynamic load capacity that is up to 19% higher, which can increase its service life by 70%. This makes it ideal for high-precision axis movements, even under maximum load.

Thanks to its high rigidity and even force distribution, the new UR series ensures precise positioning – even under extreme loads. Customized sealing systems for a wide range of environmental conditions prevent the ingress of foreign bodies, even in heavily contaminated environments. An optimized lubrication channel also ensures improved lubricant supply to the rolling elements and enables oil lubrication, even when one guide is mounted on a wall. This extends maintenance intervals and increases operational reliability.

The new heavy load roller guide will be available in sizes 35, 45, and 55 from the beginning of 2026. It is available in flat, high, or flange designs as a heavy load or super heavy load variant and offers a wide range of customization options. Thanks to numerous accessory options, including scraper, cover strip, steel cover caps, and integrable position measuring systems, the roller guides can also be flexibly adapted to demanding environments – for maximum reliability in demanding applications such as machine tools.

Also new are the miniature ball screws, which we are presenting for the first time at EMO. They have been specially developed for applications where every millimeter counts. They enable precise, low-friction, and repeatable linear movements in an extremely compact design.
